A lovely hotel with lovely service from the reception staff. However, the attitude from the waiting staff did let it down a little. This is a lovely clean hotel with everything that you need. The pool is a little bit like a concrete jungle though and the walls are a little thin so you can hear extra curricular activities in the other rooms. However, this is a good hotel and I would stay in a gain if staying in the San Jose area.

The hotel staff treated us great. We did a fly-drive package and had dinner in the restaurant. Our waiter Cam was on it and helpful and treated us like family. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Not a great neighborhood, but waht airport hotel is? Very pleased. We will return our next flight out of San Jose Mineta.

This hotel had sleep number beds, and that is it. The location is awful. Having to use the light rail system, it is a three block walk. There is nothing in the vacinity except a bowling alley and a taco stand that is open, sometimes... The restaurant had good food, but the service was horrible since they only have one server and if there is more than one table going, well, you just have to wait. I tipped that poor server 50% and told him that this is not the kind of service you expect at a Radisson property, shame on you Radisson. We had to wait for food to be served for almost an hour because the server was overwhelmed by a table of about 20 in a group. Well, OK, but there are at least 20 tables in this restaurant, so why not have enough people to accomodate the same. The internet service worked well. The pool area looked sort of ignored, but then it was February. I will not stay at this hotel again simply for the location. But Radisson does have better properties and I was very disappointed with this hotel and the service. I will be in San Jose next February for the same travel reasons, but will stay at the Wyndham which is right next to the Gish Light Rail Station, maybe the service won't be much better, but it couldn't be worse.

During my stay, I found out that the hotel got rid of their security staff months ago and only have the night auditor on staff during the night. When I asked about cameras...there are none. The doors in the lobby don't even lock like some other hotels do in the middle of the night to keep me and my family and the staff safe. With a parking garage in the back and so many rooms and entrances, how are they supposed to make me feel safe? Even when parking my car in the parking garage, I almost got hit by one of the Fox rental car employees in one of their cars.

They have been doing renovations for awhile, but I would encourage them to invest in some security as well.
