We couldn't be more happy that you enjoyed our newly renovated rooms. We have put a lot of thought and hard work into those over the last year and it is fantastic to get positive feedback. The modern color scheme of the room, the new furniture with fully remodeled bathrooms, and the 120 channels of DirecTV on 32" LCD HD TV's have really created some great feedback from all of our guests. We are glad to hear that you took advantage of our complimentary fitness room (which we will be expanding in the hear future), free hot breakfast, and our 24 hour airport shuttle. I am not sure if you got a chance to grab a bite to eat and drink from Naki's Lounge; our brand new bar/lounge located directly adjacent to the lobby. If not, the next time you are in town I think you will really enjoy it.

Dear La Quinta traveler,

Thank you very much for the time it took to provide our future travelers with some feedback regarding your recent stay with us. It is always great to know that our guests really enjoy themselves in our newly renovated property.

You did mention that we were still in renovation and I want to let our travelers know that we have made giant leaps over the last couple of weeks as we begin to wind down to the end of the renovation. We no longer have any of our non-renovated rooms left in our inventory and we should have the final set of rooms done with the renovation by the end of February 2013. Since you have had a chance to see the rooms prior to renovation and also once they were completed, I am sure you can attest to the drastic difference. We are very proud of how far we have come with this hotel and even more excited to know it is almost complete.

I am sorry about the confusion regarding the shuttle to the light rail but since we have taken over the property that has not been something we have offered. We currently only offer a complimentary 24 hour shuttle to and from the San Jose Airport. I can tell you we are weighing our options of adding a second shuttle that will travel in a close proximity for the future. Please check back in with us prior to your next arrival to see if we offer that service yet.
