This hotel is a disaster. We stayed here because we were told it has suites with a kitchen. However, do not plan to cook here. There is one miniature pot and one mini pan. There are two knives and two forks, a few plates, and a few cups, that's it. No can opener, no bottle opener, no dishwasher, not even a dishwashing sponge, no dishwashing liquid, no oven. No salt or pepper.
The stove fan blows the smoke back into the room. There is no room service, no blow dryer in the bathroom-not even a fan that works. No pool, no health club, no nothing. Most of what there is doesn't work. The list goes on and on.
It is also unsafe: we found the smoke detector wrapped up in plastic, no doubt because the cooking fumes would set it off. There is construction going on. Yesterday the window washers were about to spray through the open window. A disaster narrowly avoided.
My recommendation: stay away from it

The experience you described is truly regrettable. We strive to ensure that our guests have an exceptional stay. As this hotel’s manager, I can assure you that I have brought each of the issues you expressed to the attention of our staff, and have repaired the maintenance issues in the room that were not working correctly. Also, I apologize that we did not notice and remove the plastic from the smoke alarm. We occasionally have guests that cover the smoke detectors so they may attempt to smoke in a non smoking room. We should have caught this prior to your checking in.
We know that we didn’t get to be a member of America’s number one family of extended stay hotels over night; we did it by focusing on one customer at a time. We know that a totally satisfied customer is one who will come back and stay with us again. That is why we take your review so seriously. It reminds us that despite all of the regular praise we receive, we still have room to improve.
Although it is unusual for a guest to have the experience you did while staying with us, we would like to use your account to help us make our hotel even better. Again, I am deeply sorry that you did not have a completely enjoyable stay at our hotel, and I promise that we are focused on total guest satisfaction every day.
