We had dinner during the week. The seafood was good and cooked properly. The facility is less than clean. The ceiling fans had dirt caked on the blades and all the decorations were very dirty. So, sit in the middle of the room. Although you come for the view, the mood was broken several times by a gentleman (maybe a manager) walking through the restaurant with a small radio on his hip turned as high as possible. One time he was beside me, the radio at my ear level serving the next table when someone began talking on it. He offered no apology and walked away talking to the party on the other end. Probably not our first choice in San Clemente next time.
