We stayed here as we were heading north to LAX for our wedding week. It was a clean and stylish place. We would stay there again. There is plenty of parking, so they allowed us to leave our car there for a few days. That was really really helpful for our vacation. All the staff was kind and respectful. The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. The beds are very comfortable. I wish they had a hot tube, but all in all it was well worth a stay. I highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. It has updated modern finishes and is well maintained. All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Most notable were 2 gentlemen at the front desk Steven and Andrew. They were not only extremely responsive to our requests they seemed they genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to I-5 and close to the beach. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and the Holiday Inn Express in San Clemente is a terrific stay and value. This is our hotel of choice anytime we are in the area.

Our Church members stayed here for Thanksgiving retreat Nov 22-Nov24' 2012. We booked 19 rooms. It's was a secluded, quiet and very nice hotel. Everybody was so happy and has a good time, especially the children (sorry for the noise). The atmosphere is wonderful; nice patio where we can ate and played cards and relaxed. Super super good job to Niel Nana that helped me to book the hotel and arranged the contract in just one day before arrival date and make it happened. Thank you very much To Niel, God works his miracle through you so we could have this retreat. We stayed here for three nights at the end of our vacation before returning to the UK and we couldn't have made a better choice. The hotel is on a hill behind a small shopping mall, and although it's right by the freeway there is very little traffic noise. We loved the Spanish-style design. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful, the standard of housekeeping is first class. Our room was spacious, quiet and sparkling clean. Hot and cold breakfast choices were good. There's a very pleasant heated pool in an open-air but sheltered courtyard, and a small patio area.

The hotel is ideally situated for visiting San Clemente and the other beach cities. The local beaches are good (nearest one to the hotel is a mix of sand and stones). We loved walking on the pier.

We recommend this hotel unreservedly and hope to be able to return soon.
