This was our first visit here. We were not disappointed. The food was so full of flavor. The Mashawa (lentil soup) was tasty beyond belief. It was perfect! We also tried the Pakawra-e-katchalu which everyone loved. I had the Quabili Pillaw, seasoned lamb under rice with topping of carrots and raisins. The lamb was very tender, moist and full of flavor. I loved this dish. It was so large that I took the other half to go! My husband had the Kabuls Combo kabab with lamb, chicken and beef. All the meats were moist, not overlooked, perfectly seasoned. My daughter had a fantastic eggplant dish. Don't miss the Kadu, sautéed pumpkin, which is fabulous! Desserts were enjoyable: baklava, Goush-e-feel and firnee. We can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this restaurant. It was busy, lots of regulars and the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful.
