Everything is perfect at this Wigwam Motel. Totally renovated (card keys!), very clean and quiet. Owners are very friendly treat you like family. They are really into the route 66 experience. Great pool (owners went to chat with us around it). Simply perfect!

I booked the Wigwam Motel based on reviews I read on Tripadvisor and the fact that it is a unique experience to stay in one of the wigwams. It is located on Route 66 and the outside grounds are fun and kitschy. The grass is well-maintained and the pool looked inviting, although we didn't have time to utilize it. I was kind of thrown off when I registered at the front desk because the hotel ledger that you have to sign states that there is to be "no prostitution".....why would they even have to put that on their paperwork? Anyway, we got the larger queen room and it was very clean. The furniture is pretty new but I feel like they should really decorate the inside of the teepees a little bit....no pictures on the wall, nothing playing up the ambiance of staying in an original wigwam. The room had a mini-fridge, tv, a couple of table top lamps, and a comfortable bed. The tile in the bathroom looks original to the hotel but as noted before, everything was clean. They had a wicker basket with individual toothpaste samples, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room so be sure and pack your own. The toilet paper was pretty flimsy. The room was very quiet and all in all, not a bad place to stay. I wouldn't want to stay there for more than a couple of days at the most, but for a day or two, it is worth it.

This is a great place to stay. We were traveling to Hollywood during our vacation and thought this would be a great addition to our sights to see and enjoy. This is a must stay place on Route 66. The room was very roomy for my husband, my son and I. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure, the shower was a little small but very well maintained. The grass is wonderful to take your shoes off and walk through. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you are traveling there.

This Wigwam site is superbly maintained. The site looks good, has a pool and grassed areas. The Wigwams have card key entry and inside have fridge, aircon, comfortable beds, table and chairs. The bathroom was clean and the shower wonderful. We had a great night sleep and really enjoyed our stay.

You can see that it is a family runned Motel, cause we had a very warm welcome and found the property in very good condition! The driveways are new, so is the green arround the pool, the painting of the teepees and front doors. Even if the furniture is not the newest, everything is very clean, even the silk roses on the table. New TV's and fast WiFi, clean bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Thanks to the staff at the Wigwam. You're doing a great job to make travellers on Route 66 feel excited!

Room Tip: Teepee 17 (1 Bed) and 18 (2 Beds) were perfect for 5. They were away from the street and very calm...

Stayed there for a night while doing Route 66. Charming place, good wifi, a comfortable (if a bit too high) bed, and plenty of room to park. A bit more expensive than he average motel, buy worth it because of the differente experience.

My family and I were excited to be staying here, I had some concerns regarding the hype, but this was put to rest immediately upon checking in. The friendly manager made us feel really welcome and the actual accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We did Route 66 Eastbound, so this was our first stop outside L.A. I would complain about the noisy A/C, but we ended up experiencing noisy A/C right across the country - I guess they were working really hard due to the heat wave. The pool here was nice and the old cars create a great ambience.

Room Tip: I'd ask for a Teepee near the back of the lot, away from the road.
