“Mmmmmmm...I Need One Of These In Texas!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2012

Ok, so besides the fresh-never-frozen meat, the sodas that taste like sugar nectar, and the daily fresh hand cut skinny fries...this has got to be the cleanest burger joint on the planet (but I didn't use the bathroom so I don't know about that area). Besides the staff's great hygiene/appearance/friendliness, the fact that I couldn't find one inch of dust or dirt in this place was amazing to me. Even the ceiling vents were perfectly clean!

The food - I can't even describe the heavenliness of the "secret sauce", or the sweetness of the retro atmosphere. I should start a petition to get them to put one in Houston!

“Cold french fries”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012

They are usually famous for their fresh french fries. Hamburger was good, but fries were cold and dry.

“In and Out Urge”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2012

What's better than a Double Double Animal Style? I don't eat here frequently but on a rare occasion I will go to In and Out Burger. I like the fact that they have a limited menu and do what they do very well. They don't delve in to rib sandwiches or chicken salads or breakfast sandwiches, or anything like that. They have burgers and fries and drinks, period. And they do them well.

“It's a good burger place. Take the hint from the name on what to expect”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012

This place is very good for what it is - a burger place. It is a lot like Five Guys, if you are familiar with that place. Clean; fast, friendly service; simple and reasonably priced menu.
Burgers were simple but decent. Fresh lettuce on them is nice.
Fries are lame - were soggy 30 seconds after we got them.
Shake was good - though others in my groups said it tasted like frozen egg nog (I like egg nog, so no harm there :))
Service was polite and fast. When I went to pick up order it was three trays and I only had two hands. Guy behind counter says, "Need some help with that?" Comes around counter and brings it to my table. Nice. Behind the counter there are a lot of workers and they are all hustling.
Tables were quickly cleaned when someone left, and not by someone spraying cleaner like he is putting out a fire.
It's fairly cheap - you can go there and get a burger and a shake for around $5.00.
Overall - it is worth a visit.

“Don't understand what all the hype is about...folks, it's a hamburger”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2012

It's an average hamburger at that. The fries were terrible. No one could get them down, not even one the person in our group who was a big In and Out fan. Even he couldn't deny they were just too darn bland. The burgers themselves were fine...but that is it, fine. Nothing fantastic, nothing noteworthy...certainly nothing worth all the hype everyone puts on this place.

The service, however, was good. On a busy weekday lunch hour, the wait wasn't long and the food was made as ordered.
