Stayed here for business purposes. Seemed like it was OK for the price until the bill arrived. Hotel charged my credit card $238 for a one night stay when the rate was quoted at $59 plus tax. Upon calling the hotel was told by the desk clerk that I smoked in the room and was charged $100 for smoking in a non-smoking room and he couldn't do anything about it and to call back on Monday. Called back on Monday and was told the $100 would be refunded after I had to argue that I was not even a smoker. The following week had to call again because it still had not been credited. Manager, Bill, told me he had personally done it. I also asked why there was some other charges from their hotel on my credit card. I asked him if he could hold while I brought my statement up.He said he didn't have time! When I stated to him that this had taken a lot of my time to straighten out he became EXTREMELY RUDE and told me he didn't have time to answer my questions, to send him something in writing. And he HUNG UP on me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone who is supposed to be a Manager. DON'T stay here unless you want to be overBILLed (and run over by BILL)!
