This was a fun and different as delicious! The single seating and the early arrival creates more excitement and opportunity to sense and express the evening. When act I starts after the Chef introduces himself your mouth starts to salivate. Only fresh seasonal and as closely sourced produce is used. As the evening continues, one feels more comfortable with the staff and the neighbors. The intermission in either the patio or the kitchen itself allows for more active meandering while enjoying great sushi bar. The main course paired well by the young sommelier was fabulous. The dessert, ( I do not have a big sweet tooth) was fresh and tasty I even had seconds. I learned a lot from observing and I also made a lot of new friends including John (the Chef)
