We have had take out and eaten in the Elk Grove Pete's and it was EXCELLENT!! I had the Tuscany Steak tonight-Perfect. It comes with your choice of soup or salad, garlic cheese bread and french fries. I love their garlic cheese bread. Its by far the nicest restaurant I've been too here in Elk Grove.
The place was very clean and the service again EXCELLENT!!

Maybe it's just me, but I really don't like the food here the couple of times I've been. Pastas are watery and salads boring and tasteless. Bread is equally dull. Atmosphere and staff are just kind of 'eh.' With so many other excellent Italian places around...Michaelangelo's, for one; heck even The Old Spaghetti Factory or Strings is better, why go someplace 'eh?'

I have been there twice and have had a great experience eating the pizza, being served promptly. Salads are great. Great atmosphere! Prices are reasonable. Parking is reasonable. Outside patio area is the weather is good! Bathrooms are clean, tables, and areas are clean! I will continue to go there as long as they keep doing well! Great job Original Pete's.
