This is a 55+ park and so it's very quiet here, with the exception of the street traffic noise if you're space is right up front near the six lane Madison Ave. This park is located one block off of I-80 at Madison Ave. in the northeast area of Sacramento.
It begin life as a mobile home park years ago but more recently has been converting to an RV Park. It's probably 75-80% RVs. The Manager was helpful and courteous and the other RVers are very nice, very friendly.....nearly all are full timers.
It is a very clean park with wide streets and a very clean laundry area. It also has a community building that the A/C works very well in. It's well stocked with travel magazines, etc.
The spaces are easy to back in to. It's a rock bed for the rig with a full length asphalt driveway on the backside and a large concrete, full legth pation on the front side....so plenty of room to back in. The park has mature trees and landscaping and even green belts in between the rigs in the middle of the park that are backed in to each other.
They're all 50 amp hookups so you'll need an adapter if you have a 30 amp rig. No cable and the only wifi is up at the community bldg/clubhouse. No pool and no hot tub.
