This hotel was terrific! The room was big and had a nice layout. And of course, you can't beat an Embassy Suites breakfast! The dinner reception had veggies and dip and chips and dip. The hotel is right across the street from Old Sacramento. This area is really neat and has lots of shops and restaurants. There is also a shopping center near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful, including the outside parking/shuttle staff. They gave great recommendations for dinner. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Sacramento.

Loved everything about this hotel, the staff and the food.

It's right on the river, at the Tower Bridge, in Old Sacramento which is largely a tourist draw.

ZERO issues with the room, staff and food. Spacious room, well equipped, had a river view.

Good eatery, right on the river, is the Rio Cafe; superb bartending and great food.

All parking is by valet and they do charge for it but the service was excellent.

Every morning is a free all you can eat breakfast, to include omelets or egg dishes made to order. Several evenings a week there's a Manager's Reception with free beer and wine. The menu is decent and they don't try to get real fancy, so you get pleasant food.

Coin laundry is adequate as is the small business center.

Bartender Bob is real likable chap who takes good care of his patrons.

The location of this hotel is terrific, Sacremento Old town is right across the street and the river runs right past the hotel. It is a great location, with lots of restaurants and attractions near by. As usual the Breakfast was great and social hour very nice. This is a well run and very clean Embassy suites in a great location.

We recently spent 3 nights at this property, located on the promenade of the Sacramento river. It is a lovely hotel, very updated and classy. The staff were more than helpful in all regards. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast each morning - especially the cook to order eggs, and the Manager's reception each night. The front desk greeted us every time we passed, as did the housekeeping staff. The few small things we needed to have fixed (one of the phones was not working), were attended to immediately. The location was excellent - close proximately to all the "touristy" places were enjoyed. It was only a block from Old Town Sacramento, with all the museums and cute shops. We would definitely stay here again.
