Stayed one night for a concert, room was clean and nice, breakfast was okay, location was good, but because of the horrible customer service that alone will prevent me from ever going back. Called the front desk for directions and they were rude and misleading, front desk was rude and condescending, did not feel like they appreciated our business.

We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn at least 4 times over the last 18 months and plan to return in our travels to the Sacramento area.
#1 to us is the comfort of the bed for a good night's rest. The Hilton's have a version of the Sleep Number bed that allows for each side of a king bed to have a separate firmness setting. It always works great! Both my wife and I get a very good nights sleep not withstanding that this is a bed different from our's at home.

#2 is the great cooked to order breakfast. A good value at $12. Eggs any way, omelets, waffles, pancakes, potatos, bacon, sausage and the usual assortment of fresh fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, breads and rolls.
Check in-check out: friendly and efficient. Always quick to deliver the extra pillows and towels that we ask for.
Room: Good sized, quiet room and quiet A/C, Coffee maker, Refigerator and microwave in the room. Nice work desk with comfortable chair.
If you arrive late there is a well stocked mini-store with froxen items for microwaving, sandwiches, and assorted snacks and beverages.

All in all always a pleasant stay and a reason to come back

My family booked a one night stay with a park and fly rate of $129 plus tax.The hotel is very nice, staff is always wonderful, grounds well kept, and rooms are very comfortable. We had two queen beds, flat screen TV, beds/pillows very comfortable along with the great Hilton showers. We were going to be gone for 10 days, so we would rather spend the money on a hotel then to leave our car at the airport and spend the money there. The front desk arranged for Dave's Taxi service to pick us up early in the morning (we had to catch Amtrak before the hotel shuttle starts). Everything was smooth. We flew home and called the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The driver was very friendly and the service was excellent. We will keep staying here!

Had a great stay. Extremely clean, well furnished and a quite room. My airline put me up in this hotel do to a mess up in my flight schedule. I ate a very delicious and inexpensive dinner on site. The staff was very courteous. The room was a designated non-smoking room. No residue of any form of odor cover up. I loved this b/c I have allergies to smoke. So no complaints.
