“Noah's Bagels-Always Fresh”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

Noah's is conveniently located in a shopping center on Douglas Road between Rocky Ridge and Eureka Rds. The bagels are always fresh and taste like bagels, not bread with a hole cut in the center (see supermarkets) . If you buy a dozen bages, you get one free plus 2 tubs of their very delicious cream cheese. Since they also make sandwiches and have a sit down area, they can get very crowded. When it's crowded the servers have trouble handling the overflow, so things can get mixed up. You have to watch to make sure you get what you ordered. A word to the wise.

“Good Bagels and good lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2012 via mobile

The most important thing I want to say about this store is that they donate to the Girl Scouts. The scouts are not a nonprofit so companies tend not to donate because they cant write it off. This store always donates and never complains. The food is good and they have recently added new items to the menu. I like the everything bagel.

“A little frustrating!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2012

I go there for the cracked pepper bagels, and they are often out of them. Prob. 50% of the time, even early in the mornng. Doesn't make sense to me...MAKE MORE!

“Please, let's get serious people”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2012

I have been to Noah's many, many times in the more than a decade that it has been open in this location (as well as to many other of its many locations in Northern California). Yes, this is as good a bagel as you will find in Roseville.
But, please, let's get serious people. This is more in the nature of round bread than it is a real bagel. You want bagels? You gotta go to LA (if not to NYC).
First of all, these are not boiled. Second of all (and not at all unrelated), it is far too doughy to be a true bagel.
IMHO the whole thing went somewhat downhill when the founder, Noah Alper (not too sure of the spelling here) sold the chain. Oh well. That's what you get for living in the suburbs.
On the other hand, I take exception to those who comment negatively about the coffee. It is indeed much milder than the place next door named after the sailer in the novel about the really big white whale. But for those who aren't too fond of their overly roasted, slightly bitter take on coffee, Noah's usually turns out a pretty decent more mellow cup.

“Excellent place for breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2012

We like Noah's and their very fresh bagels. Always friendly service and a nice atmosphere inside and outside. Since coffee is not the strength of Noah's we mostly get it from next door - but bagels are excellent. Highly recommend.
