I was going to write a raving review about how pleasant this hotel was, how great check-in was, how clean the room was and how immaculate the grounds were until 2 pm on Saturday when an anger management seminar next door to room 123 was in session. Banging, yelling, screaming through the wall, so loud, so inappropriate that why would any reasonable front desk put anyone in this room knowing that this would be the case. THE ENTIRE WEEKEND! Was our money not enough for this room? After a 7 hour drive to stay here, all we wanted was a little peace and quiet in our little room and our money did not get that. They offered us a new room (after all of our stuff has been unpacked) because it was our problem and it was too much to ask this group next door to stop beating and yelling and screaming because they are the priority. When we went next door to inquire, a woman said "we do this once a month and the front desk knows better than to rent room 123 out!" Well! Obviously they didn't! I took a video of this experience and will be sending it to management, even corporate. They chose the wrong people to just hush hush as I will never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the non-assertive way they handled it.
