“Excellent Seafood Pho!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

My hubby had been craving for seafood Pho for weeks, and I luckily saw this Pho Hang sign after stopping in the AAA place at the strip mall near our daughter's home. What a fantastic find!
Their seafood was the BEST I have ever had! Even better than our favorite in Vancouver, BC! I quickly texted our daughter and told her all about it, and she also said they loved this place too.
We ordered the large portion, and what a delight, seafood it was: squid, shrimp, imitation crab, fish cake, and a crab claw. We also ordered the fried calamari appetizer. These were also wonderful, and they came not in ringlets, but cut in long halves, and oh so tender, it seemed to melt in my mouth. We've already been there twice already, and hope to go one more time before we head home. Thank you, Pho Hang, you are the best in Roseville!

“Awesome Pho”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013 via mobile

We eat Pho about once a month on average. This place has the best Pho stock. The real flavor is in the stock. When you can enjoy the Pho without adding anything to it, it is good stuff. The rice noodles were perfectly prepared. My husband had a mix of beef, tripe, and tendon. He says the tendon could have spent a little more time in the pressure cooker. The menu does not have as many items as other Vietnamese restaurants, but then again who reads through the entire menu? I guess they chose to specialize in a few items. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying their meal and their hosts. We will be returning!

Hands down, best pho in Roseville. Great flavor, nice portions, and you can pick up wifi from Panera next door.

“Good sample of Vietnamese”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2012

We too two friends who had never had Vietnamese food to eat here...it was our first visit too. It's located in a strip mall and it is neat and clean. It's a family operation, I believe.
He waits table and she is in the kitchen where you can see an enormous cauldron of
pho simmering. I had a large bowl ($7.50) of pho with rare and well done beef plus tendon while two of the others had a small bowl ($6.50) of nooodles with BBQ beef on top.
Don't be confused. When they say small, they mean big and when they say large, they mean huge. One of us was not up to ordering something so different and she had an order of fried shrimp that to me, did not look that good.

Anyway, eating here is a pleasant experience and you get a lot of food for your dollar.
