The property address is on Taylor Road, but good luck finding it if you actually look for it on Taylor Rd. Very difficult to find at night since no logical entry on Taylor. The owner keeps making tripadvisor response comments about this being the case but doesn't do anything about this to allow customers to find the property easier. Have to disagree with Kip P's trashing of the property since he used hotels.com. Had the opposite experience also using hotels.com. After notifying the front desk there were ants in the bathroom due to an earlier flooding problem, they found another room that was an upgrade and the bedroom was separate from the kitchen/living room area. Granted the air flow was poorly designed, but that's not the fault of employees working providing service (the fault lies with the company who designed/built the property). The window A/C unit blew air into the living room/kitchen area, not the bedroom, so had to borrow a floor fan to move cool area into the sleeping area, even in January. The High/Low switch in the bedroom is useless-didn't notice any difference even after 24 hours with a High setting. Can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be in Jul/Aug/Sep in the height of summer heat. Service was excellent when asked before reserved on hotels.com if would be allowed to use the hot tub after hours. They were very responsive and said "No problem, OK to use anytime". Substandard room entry door didn't close by itself, so had to pull close to lock when enter/exit to secure the door.
