Walk inside first ... if there are only a few couples eating, turn around and leave. Why? Because it's a buffet, and if there are only a small amount of people eating, then there is no turn-over of fresh food. Our mistake ... we stayed! The sushi was only "ok", if it was just made, but most had been sitting, and the sushi chef did not make much effort to replenish what was already put out. Other precooked foods were either over heated, sitting in their trays, or dried out. My rating was based on a Wednesday evening (6PM), with few diners inside establishment. Perhaps the weekend would offer better turn-over of food .... just maybe!
