If you're in a rush, you're at the wrong place. I love retro 1920s style restaurants and bars so Proabition was a must see when I was in town. The layout of the bar and some of the art on the walls was just awesome. The scenery and atmosphere alone were fantastic. The TVs over the bar however I could have done without. I dunno, put me in a period-style bar I don't want ESPN looping.
The drink I got was made to perfection. The bartender did a great job with my Manhattan. My server was kind, but not very attentive. It took a while for him to come by the first time, then it was long gaps between ordering a drink and ordering food and getting either. It wasn't a huge deal since I was there by myself and wasn't looking to spark up conversation with the waiter, but considering how dead the place was when I was there I expect a little more attention.
If you're into the retro / prohibition era type of locales then definitely check this one out.
