This is especially interesting to people who have an interest in planes and military service, but it is also fun for every9one else.

“MUCH TO APPRECIATE”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

The March Field Air Museum offers many static displays featuring aircraft from the past 60 years. A lot of hard work by staff and volunteers wen in to making this an excellent museum for young and old.

There is a lot of freeway construction at the 215/Van Buren off ramp next to the museum. When completed it should make for easier access.

“Flight through history”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

See a great number of military aircraft at your leisure. These planes span the decades from the army aircorp to the top secret spy plane. Bombers, jets, stories, histories, etc.. Run by retired airforce members, primarily, see if you can get one of them to start telling you war stories, interesting and sometimes fascinating. Worth the entrance fee. Go early in the morning in summer since most of the planes are outside and it gets hot.

“A walk through history”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

Visited March ARB Museum in April 2013 and was not disappointed. You don't often get a chance to get so close to so many wonderful aircraft. My favorites are the WWII vintage aircraft, but there are many others. Besides touring the planes and jets parked outside, there is a nice indoor museum that allow you to cool off and get out of the sun, while viewing the exhibits.
