“$60 total for a Saturday night stay. The place is brand new and spotless! Direct TV in rooms”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

This place is brand new and in a perfect spot for a nice overnight stay. We only paid $60 total for this place that was very clean with great front desk service. The room even has direct tv with HBO and many sports channels. NHL Network, MLB Channel, CNN, and many others on a nice flat screen mounted TV. Very nice for a 2 star rated motel. I would save your $ for Death Valley or make a visit to the Maturango Museum and schedule a Petroglyhs Tour. My wife and I went on the tour and were amazed! This is a hidden gem.

We stayed here after driving from Death Valley

The Inn looks recently refurbished and is spotless and warm.

(We arrived late on Sunday evening and had excellent food at the Red Bowl Asian Bistro - about the only restaurant open at 8pm)

The Inn offers coffee and mini-muffins in the morning, but you may prefer a lie in and then going to the Espresso Cafe on N China Lake Blvd instead.

Stayed for one night in this motel (coming from Death Valley, heading to San Francisco the next day).

Overall it was a really great value - paid only $45 for the night, which was a great price for this newly renovated motel. Nothing too fancy, but the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, fast wi-fi, and the TV had plenty of channels. You definitely need a car if you're in Ridgecrest, but that being said, there were a ton of restaurants, a Wal-Mart, and other stores within a 5-10 minute drive so the location is quite good. Ridgecrest itself is also a good place to stop after spending the day at Death Valley - not too far from the outer edge of the park.

Definitely more of a no-frills motel, but if you're just looking for a quality sleep at a great price, the Americas Best Value Inn in Ridgecrest definitely ticks all the boxes. Good pick overall.

We stayed here after hiking at Red Rock Canyon State Park all day. The park is just 30 miles away. The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Everything was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was some mini muffins, old cookies and coffee. It was a decent value for the money.

Stayed in this place a couple of months back. We weren't sure whether to go here or not as it didn't have many reviews but decided to go with it anyway. Manager was helpful and the room had never been slept in before us so it was spotless. Great value also so highly recommend.

New and well appointed motel, considerate management, and a non-smoking property - that's so good! We had a great sleep. Coffee and muffins provided in the reception lounge in the morning. Highly recommended.

We travel back and forth between Lake Tahoe and Scottsdale regularly. We always stay somewhere on the way for one night and chose Ridgecrest this time. After much investigation we decided on this motel. It was a very good choice. It has been recently renovated and it is spotless. The proprietors are a delightful couple from India who go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We hope we will be able to stop there again sometime soon.
