“Solid budget hotel”

I stay in Redwood City every month or two, and usually stay in one of the other comparably priced hotels in the area. Decided to try this one for a change, and found it was pretty much in line with the others. Compared to others (e.g., Red Cottage, Holiday Inn Express), this one has:

+ More reliable wi-fi
+ A nice (but small) whirlpool
+ Quieter A/C (a big advantage)
+ Quiet refrigerator in room
+ Nice marble flooring in bathrooms
- Smaller exercise room
- Smaller breakfast room with fewer choices
- Old tube-type TV

“It's just perfect..........!”

Although there’re people hanging out on the streets looking for work, this place is great and the service is excellent. It’s quite, the beds are comfy and the décor of the rooms are appealing and the rooms are spacious. My friends and I enjoyed our stay…….This hotel was just perfect for the location and its service.

“Great place, Friendly Staff, Close to Shopping and Restaurants"”

We have stayed at the Best Western Executive Suites several times over the last two years and have always been impressed. The rooms are clean and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The hotel is located near many great restaurants and lots of shopping! We will definitely stay there again!

“IF this is the Best Western i'd hate to see the worst!”

2nd floor rooms smell musty
Bolier system down - no shower two days
Washer/ dryer - dryer is old, slow, not hot, need to revisit to feed coins
Moved again as door would not open
Moved again as tv didnt work. Satellite blamed but other tv's not affected
Moved again as room heater failed to operate correctly
Bed bottom sheet didn't fit mattress. otherwise beds are very comfortable
Toilet in one did flush correctly!

The staff are very understanding and accommodating

I dont normally complain, but enough is enough
