The hotel misplaced my reservation and even when given my confirmation number the manager spent 45 minutes trying to 'fix' the problem. I ended up spending more than my original reservation was booked for, and was not given the free wi-fi as was supposed to be a part of my reservation. No consideration was given to the inconvenience this caused me.
In the room there was a loose straight-edged razor blade on the floor near the TV cabinet, and there was used tissue under the chair. There was only one half-used roll of toilet paper.

The service was less than stellar with the front desk not even sure which rooms were clean. He sent us to our room to see if it was clean and instructed us to call him to let him know. Really??? I paid for the room but now I have to do the job of the staff upon arrival to my room because the maid service staff was mia?? The room was not secured very well with a sliding glass door with easy access from the street which the lock on the door did not work and the chain lock halfway falling out of the wall. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, not appearing to be in working order. Stains on the furniture were disgusting and the matress was even less desirable. A shotty wiring job left whole components of the cable wiring and internet next to the head of the bed. The bathroom cleanliness upon further inspection was just despicable. Hair on the floor, stains in the shower and a substance resembling blood smeared on the wall behind the bathroom door. Morning could not come soon enough and I will not ever return. Spend a little extra cash and go somewhere else.

As world travelers,we have never stayed at a dirtier place. My husband and I are in our seventies and access to our room couldn't have been more diffficult. No elevator and our room was way in the back with parking nowhere near. Long dimly lit corridors and many turns and twists to get there. Carpet was badly stained and filthy and walls had been recently patched. Bathroom was unclean as well and shower curtain had seen many better days.No amenities at all not even a hair dryer. We ran out of toilet paper, soap and plastic cups the second day and front desk said they couldn't bring any untill 11:00 PM !!! Our son was having a procedure at a nearby hospital and was the reason for choosing this location.

Dear Guest,

We are sorry to hear your comments.
We do have rooms on the 1st floor and closer to the entrance. We could have easily moved you to a much more comfortable room. We regret that we did not have that opportunity.

We look forward to seeing you again.

Regards,
Management.

I wouldn't recommend this dive to my worst enemy. Carpets are all stained, hair all over bathroom, the place and room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. none of the rooms have any amenities. No microwave, coffee maker, nothing. Homeless person living right outside the window. No elevator so my son with a broken foot and crutches had to walk up flights of stairs. Manager and staff are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. DON'T STAY HERE

Room Tip: Best advise, don't stay here.

This place is awesome.I stayed for 4 nights...it was quiet even when we were by the highway. The room was kept clean...service was decent..... its not a 5 star hotel but its nice to stay at if you need a place to sleep. Don't think of it as a resort its an inn...it was exactly what I wanted. Clean nice conventionally located and I felt safe. :)

We were flying out of SFO and needed a inexpensive place to stay near SFO. This place certainly did the trick. It was close to the airport and also it had many areas to eat and shop nearby. The room was clean. The amenities were in good shape and not distressed. Plenty of parking. And the staff was very friendly. I'd stay here again.

We didn't stay in the hotel for so long. When we went back to our room, it was almost 3am, so it was OK for us. The room was quiet and the cleanness was average but fine for us. At least the price is good. I hope the wifi can be open to the customers.
