I stayed here for business recently. As others have mentioned, the hotel is undergoing renovations, but I did not experience any noise or interruptions.
I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and while they are well appointed, there are a few things that should be mentioned (1) the room did not have a safe, (2) the bathroom counter is mounted substantially higher than normal - could be a problem for shorter folks, and (3) the picture on the TV was excessively dark and, as other reviewers have noted, there is no way to adjust it from the remote.
One thing I was surprised about was the new plush carpet in the hallways. Certainly, it is quiet and comfortable on the feet, but dragging a wheeled suitcase through it is a tough slog. A colleague of mine is in a wheelchair and he also mentioned that the carpet was tough to navigate.
This was my third stay at the hotel and as always, the staff are friendly and accomodating. It is in a great location and there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Parking is a bit expensive at $23 per day.
