“Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014

Visited the Eating Room twice while staying in Redlands for lunch. Good food. Service was good. Try a local place rather than the chain restaurants.

“Saturday Outing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2014

Average food
Good service
Great Bakery........bought an éclair to go and hummm......should have got 2!
Let me address the parking....it is hard to park, but really, it's not that bad. So you have to walk a little big deal. It's not like you're going to leave in a few minutes. I think we have to support small business' no matter the little inconvenience! When they opened the restaurant how did they know it would blossom so much? Let's support them instead of griping about a few steps!

“not worth going”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

The ambience is lacking and so is the food. As others have mentioned parking is difficult . It is hard to find a spot on the street and I found few spaces available in the parking structure across the street which is dark and unattended. Don't bother. It is overpriced for what you get.

“Good food, good atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

We go by here often and can always count on a consistent meal that never disappoints. The coffee is excellent with is a rarity in a real restaurant these day, and the food always makes us happy to be there. Everyone in Redlands should go there.

“I am sorry Debby !”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2013

We met here for breakfast yesterday. We are a group of friends who meet occasionally for a meal. The first thing about this place that bothered me is that there is NO parking lot. You must park on the street or in the parking structure across the street which is dark and unattended . One of us had to park 2 blocks away and "hoof it". Since we are older ladies this is very inconvenient. The restaurant was NOISY to the point that we had to almost yell at each other. I had an order of wheat toast and a small tomato juice and my tab was $5.26 ...pretty high for some toast and juice. My friend Debby ordered Eggs Benedict and asked for her hash browns to be served extra crispy...when her breakfast was served not only were the potatoes not crispy but were ice cold. She sent her breakfast back and WAITED...when she was FINALLY served the potatoes were STILL WIMPY and undercooked...I don't know about the others but Debby and I will not return to this
snooty-pooty over priced place !
