We stayed at room 115 which was disgusting. The bathtub seemed like its gonna bow up any minute. There is a crack in it so water went prob underneath the tub and created a hughe mold bomb. You barely can stand in that tub without loosing your balance- weird!! And disgusting!!!
The room smelled like carpet cleaner or something chemical.
I'm just glad I had to stay only for 1 night

My husband and I stayed one night on our way to Big Bear, CA (July 27, 2012). This is one of the best Motel 6's that we have stayed at. The room we had was large and was decorated better than the average Motel 6. Everything was clean and well kept. We did not use the pool or hot tub but many people seemed to be enjoying it. There is a CoCo's next door and a few other fast food restaurants within walking distance. The man who helped us when we checked in was very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the traffic noise from the highway was pretty loud but if you put the AC unit on it droned the noise out.

I was in Redlands Ca. for an overnight stay and chose Howard Johnsons because the cost fit my budget. That was a Huge Mistake because the room was Filthy and the shower was Unbearable to look at !!!!!! The Bathtub had a Filthy Dirty Ring all around it and I have a video to prove it !!! I will NEVER Stay at another Howard Johnsons no matter how much the rooms are !!! I'd rather pay an extra $50 to stay in a hotel across the street or down the road !!!! GROSSED out and Real PISSED at the way the rooms are for the price I PAID $76.99 for a night !!!! You will Never See me again !!!!! And I will be sure to tell anyone who may or may not ask !!!!!!!!!!

Room was average,smelt strange,and manager was rude to us when i was having breakfast.They also ask for a security deposit,which wasn't advertised previously.
One staff member was courteous at checkout,But honestly overall not impressed.i wont be staying here again.
