I was first introduced to Cuca's when I started at UoR in 2001. Since then it has become my go to destination for mexican food in the inland empire. It's a great place to start Thursday nights: get a taquito burrito while they set up market night, and then walk it off looking at fresh strawberries and crazy people. The bean, rice, and cheese burrito isn't listed but is one of my favourites. This only recently changed when I discovered I had been skimming over the taquito burrito. As mentioned below, two crisp taquitos (chicken or beef) wrapped in a hot bean and cheese burrito. It's like a taco bell double decker only delicious. One tip, be very careful crossing Redlands Blvd to get there (especially if it's dusk)... it's a corner people seem to roar around and there's no lights or other indication of you being in the crosswalk. It's worth it though!
