Everything went very well just as we expected. We had no complaints and would stay again if the occasion arose. The bed was very comfortable, The room temperature was great. It was a very hot day outside so that was appreciated. The temperature was easy to control. The TV worked well and the breakfast the following morning met all our expectations. A friendly place indeed.

It's a nice clean place to stay. It's a little bit expensive, but the hotel is nice and it's a great place to go if you are traveling with a pet. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The grounds are nice and well kept. Our only problem was the breakfast area wasn't refilled very quickly, so there wasn't much available for breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel before in 2011. We just love this hotel as it's reasonably priced, clean, free breakfast and WiFi and access to the Freeway. They even made cookies in the evening for hotel guests.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long tiring drive from Los Angeles, it was great to be greeted by friendly staff and prompt check in. We were a given room on the ground floor at the back which is a lot quieter. Laundry facility is available which really helps. Particular thanks to Emily, evening receptionist. She is very helpful.

The staff were extremely attentive and kind. The lobby and other public areas were inviting. Many hotels offer cookies to their check in guests. These were not the run of the mill grocery store cookies. They were like home baked cookies. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful and comfortable. Parking was easy and well lighted. Downsides were that there were no really close restaurants or fast food and breakfast was mediocre.

We have returned to THIS Best Western several times over the past couple of years on our visits to the Northwest. In any case, it is a very comfortable, well kept and up-to-date hotel...convenient for I-5 travelers and not far from Old Town. Old Town, by the way, has several great restaurants (i.e. The Market Street Grill, Cleary's, Tapas Downtown, etc.) and The Vintner's Cellar (GREAT wine tasting experience) on California Street (across the street from the Irish Pub). The Twin View Best Western is clean, quiet, air- conditioned (& an outdoor pool) and exceptionally staffed/managed. Great breakfast and good coffee available by 6:30am. Definitely recommended.

Room Tip: The rooms in the front are more convenient and probably quieter...but we've stayed front and bac...

Great service, quick check in and check out. Clean room and quiet. Great value. We got a AAA discount and another discount on top of that. Hotel is at the north end of Redding and near the freeway but we got a room at the back of the hotel. We did not have time for the hot breakfast but the guests we saw while grabbing coffee where really enjoying the breakfast. The room was very clean and very quiet. We ordered a pizza from Luigi's that they delivered right to our room. They had HBO and AMC so we got to watch our favorite show the evening we checked in. We will definetly stay at this hotel again between our trips from Salem Oregon to Morgan Hill or Fresno California.
