This is our second visit. Our first time, we had their version or drunk noodles, while the flavor was good, the spice level was not there. We ordered, between mild/medium, and it barely had a kick.
Today we decided to order the heat level at medium since our last experience seemed to indicate this was how to use their heat scale indicator. When our food arrived, (pad thai, and drunk noodles), to our surprise there was absolutely no spice at all especially on a level that is associated with thai cuisine whatsoever, even at mildly spiced.
We told the waiter there was no "spice" to our dishes, and he offered to bring us a spice rack, but we wanted our dish prepared as we ordered it. We were not rude at all or out of line. Big mistake. While he was gone, we knew they woild put so much heat in that we couldnt eat our food. And we were right. The food came back to our table so scorching, it was truly inedible.
No effort was made to correct this, and it wouldnt have been anything to add just a little more seasoning to please the customer, not overdo because something was sent back to the kitchen.
We immediately asked for our check, no apology was made, and we left with full plates of food left on the table. It must be nice to be doing so well in business to care less about customer service.
I will be telling everyone i know about the terrible treatment we received at this restaurant, while all we wanted was ourmfood prepared correctly.
