“Excellent Place to Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2012

I stayed in this hotel for a night while i was traveling to Crater Lake. It's a excellent hotel with fantastic guest service , super huge room , very big Balcony and super breakfast in the morning.
Rooms had microwave and refrigerator. I would definitely want to stay here again.
The King size bed was excellent and perfect for a best night sleep

Stopped over night and had a great sleep in a king bed and a very large suite. Checked out a rock and gem shop not far away. Will stop here again.

We stayed for the weekend at the Comfort Inn.Very pleasant surprise. Large suite with fridge, microwave, bar, large living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom with double sinks. The bed was extremely comfortable.2 flat screen tv's. Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was the usual continental. Staff was helpful and friendly. Applebee's is across the street which was a good meal. Enjoyable visit.

Room Tip: Ask for a suite

Pretty fair hotel, a little expensive for what you get. Saw other reviews red cleanliness issues, but I found it to be very clean. Towels and sheets have heavy smell of chlorine. King size sheets and blankets are evidently NOT available, so if you book as KING room, do not expect sheets to come up more than half way on the bed. According to staff there, management does not seem to know or care about this. Breakfast is fair, with some fruit juice, applesauce, yogurt, waffles, cereals. WiFi VERY slow. Pool just passable. I would probably not stay there again ... there are better values VERY close by.

Room Tip: QUEEN room is better because KING beds have sheets that are too small for the beds. GUest laundry is...

Booked one night. Original room had a strange layout - - TV was in a sitting area, not in front of the bed. So, we asked to be moved. Managers, DJ tried to be very nice & upgraded our room to a suite. We got to the suite BUT the room smelled like cow poop. My husband asked to see a couple of other rooms - - - but they were no better.

Extremely well-maintained hotel with one of the largest rooms I've ever seen. Our room had a king bed and sleeper sofa, several chairs and still lots of space. The pillow-top mattress provided a great night's sleep, far better than most hotels. The staff was professional yet friendly. Breakfast was in a spacious, spotless room and included waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, bacon, juice, coffee and more. You'll get more than your money's worth here!

I travel a lot with my son for high school rodeo and I booked ahead on my card attached to my travel account. To make a long story short I was charged 3 times for my stay. That is 3 times $230.00. When I went to use my card for dinner it was declined. I checked my account and saw the charges. I talked to the man at the desk and he was rude and unhelpful. He said he would make some calls and get back to me. I never heard. I went back and he said it was corrected. It wasn't. It has been 5 days and the error has not yet been corrected . I have never had any trouble at any motel while taveling this is a first They were not helpful. TV did not work and I was instucted how to fix it myself. Breakfast was awful. Smoke alarm beeped constantly because it was broken. What a nightmare.

Room Tip: Watch what you are charged.
