Golf course grass is YELLOW/WHITE, not green. Again, Golf course grass is not green is Yellow/White. The View Not pleasant at all to see. Restaurant Horrible experience!!!! Horrible! Wait time was communicated 45 min wait. It was 65 minute wait time. Very unorganized. I don't know where to begin. As soon as we sat down everything was extremely, very unprofessional. Manager was training someone around us (other guest were talking to us - how unprofessional the ENVIRONMENT IS) Our waiter came 10 minutes later. The busboy took our drink order, (it should be the waiter. Waiter was in a hurry. Did not pay any attention to us) One of our drink's never arrived. Short staff. I ordered Guevos Rancheros (tortilla was not a tortilla. It was an imitation tortilla. It was a tostada. Menu said is a corn Tortilla) Food very cheap because of $50.00 stay credit. Everyone was in a hurry to serve junk. This is not considered a four star hotel environment.

Splashtopia is amazing. We spent all day there and my kids loved the waterslides, lazy river, beach and splash pad. However, for a family-friendly hotel there were a few things that would've been nice to have. I was surprised that they was no kids' club room in which I could drop off my kids for a few hours. Also, there was a small market but it was not open for dinner. That meant our options were either going to the nice restaurants in the hotel (not an option with toddlers who can't sit still) or room service. Having the Palms Cafe (with grab n go food) open for dinner would've been ideal. The rooms are nice enough, but have zero ventilation. We had to sleep with the patio doors open for most of the night.

We had a pool side room next to splashtopia my son loved it. Also, they had cookies and milk waiting in the room. We had a blast looking forward to next visit. Atnight they had a live band and a lounge area to enjoy some good music and relaxation. If your seeking a good time for your children in the day and relaxation for the adults at night this is the place!

We would stay here again, great for families with children. Although we no longer have kids, the pool area was always full with happy children. Restaurant good, coffee excellent at the Palms cafe. Close to chopping and other restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at Rancho Las Palmas. We have stayed at this property for 25 plus years and have always loved it. We love the pool area with its lazy river. We love the restaurant and outside lounge areas. The spa, shops, gym and golf are all wonderful. We love that it is directly across the street from The River-to shops and restaurants-so we can walk to all these places. On this trip we had just a few things that we did not like. we were unhappy with the children staying in the next room screaming and squealing starting at 6am. We also encountered toddlers running around inside the gym-where it posted no one under the age of 18 allowed. We have brought our children to this property many times and always try to be aware of what the rules are. We also were not happy with the water pressure and the shower did not get quite hot enough. I think this property is wonderful for all ages and would still recommend it to others

The accommodations were great! The food was sub par at Blue Ember for breakfast. The location is perfect. The pool is fun. The spa is nice. The staff is friendly. The travelzoo that I purchased was extremely worth it. I would recommend this hotel and definitely participate in another deal. I would not pay full price.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The Blue Ember food and drinks were great. The best Bloody Mary I have ever had. Everything was clean. My bed was nice and comfy. The location was wonderful. I had a great view from my window. I loved the layout of the resort. The spa was amazing too.
