To be fair, I did not stay in either one of the two room types there, but I did tour the premise as I was researching for an event venue. When you walk in, you see a pool table in the lobby along side with a bar. The front desk is staffed by young people in polo shirts. Its 'business center' consists of two computers plus a printer in the lobby in plain sight, out in the open.
The hotel is by itself, flanked by business buildings and a dirt field across the street. There are no fast food or restaurants that are within a 10-15 minutes on foot. Food can be found in a lobby corner inside, self-served from deli refrigerators.
You would have to be in a very specific demographic segment to appreciate the appeal of this place. It may not be right for a family stay or traditional business meeting. It is new and has a catchy look, but it may not be enough.
