All i can say is the claremont suites are Safer then the american inn! The claremont west suites is not the ritz but it is a safer location then the suggested alternative of the American Inn...the manager is a shady character to say the least but the rooms are actually quite accomodating and come with stoves refridgerators and microwaves something that was never offered even at the Grafton...the grounds are less then picture perfect however once inside the room are nice however the age of the complex is more then visible wat culd be a retro hotel is instead a fixer upper...a facelift and perhaps making the assistant manager/maintenance woman manager and doing away with the current slum lord of a "manager" would be a vast improvement!
