Stayed here last weekend. Comfort Inns can be hit or miss. This was easily one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The room was large and absolutely immaculate. The breakfast was very good and constantly replenished. The whole hotel vibe being in a converted winery was very cool. The staff was efficient and very helpful. There are signs everywhere that the folks who run this hotel really take pride in running it. Some have commented on the neighborhood but I have seen much worse and it was never an issue. Especially given the price I paid, it is a tremendous value. Highly recommended.

We were at Comfort Inn Pomona for 2 nights.It was so dirty, ( the carpets were atrocious, walls, furniture, even the remote probably hadn't been cleaned since it was purchased). Furniture was tattered in spots.
The customer service did attempt to find another hotel because we were told by AAA it had a Pool and it was 106'. Other than that, the staff was not helpful.
The hotel is situated in the middle of the seedy part of town with no restaurants nearby.
please do not waste hard earned money on this hotel.

We were completely satisfied with the Comfort Inn in Pomona. Very friendly staff. Perfectly clean. Quiet. Nice breakfast. We may never be in this neck of the woods ever again, but if we were, we'd stay here again.

I just stayed at this Comfort Inn last night. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about as far as it being a sketchy area. I did not feel at all unsafe at this place. I will definitely return to this hotel when I am in this area again. As for the room, it was very clean, smelled fresh and the beds were really comfortable. Check in and out was a pleasant experience and quick. Staff were all very nice and accomodating. 5 out of 5 on my scale.
