We stay every Christmas because it’s close to our family. Management and staff always go out of their way to make sure we have a wonderful stay!!! Our favorite room has a living and bedroom area, 2 TV’s, a microwave, refrigerator, and sliding glass doors that lead out onto the lawn. The grounds close to and around the hotel are perfect for taking our dogs on long walks. We enjoy the continental breakfast served in the lobby each morning and use the gym and laundry facilities as well. Feels like a home away from home and we love it!!!

Our family has traveled to Placerville for the last three years and stayed at this Best Western Plus Inn. We enjoy knowing that we can count on service, nice room and a good nights sleep. We will be back here next year at this same location hopefully on the main level where the internet connection is better.

Good clean place to stay for us at a good price. Would of been nice if the breakfest were open an little longer with it being Christmas morning and you like to sleep in. Many people were upset that it was to close at 9am.

Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast managers do all to make for a pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, very good amenities like refrigerator. Our stay was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again.
