Reservations easily made via a real person on the phone. Our request for beach front upper floor, end unit was granted. The two bedroom suite was clean, quiet and spacious. The balcony was a great place to take in the ocean view and breeze. The complimentary breakfast was just right and never crowded. The path to the beach was a nice clearly marked easy walk. The staff was courteous and helpful. Ample parking and even some under cover. Location was excellent and easy on and off of US101. We will stay here again in the future.

After our problems last April we had to think long and hard to decide if we wanted to chance our vacation time here again. We did, we had some troubles, but eventually had a great stay. Trouble was that even though we booked months in advance, we were given an ocean-front room with a smaller patio than most and the reason we come is for the view and it's important as we are unable to get around much. They told us that was all they had left (we were there before check-in time), but after looking closer they had their master suite available for an additional charge. Well, we really didn't have a choice as we were there for the view so we took it. We only turned on the fireplace once and we didn't use the jetted tub as we have our own, but still prefer the walk-in shower. Living area is much larger, but it is further from the TV and it meant that we could not see out either the window or the patio door from the seating area. We sucked it up and had a very enjoyable stay. I agree with the reviewer who said to be sure to keep an eye on the rate you are charged as we have had that trouble in the past and didn't mention it.

This a great place to stay on the Central Coast with beach access directly from the hotel. The suites all have a separate bedroom and two bathrooms, so works perfectly for families! The family room couch also has a pull out sofa bed. On-site activities include a pool and hot tub with ocean view, walking trails and fun things for kids such as putting greens, ping pong, badminton and a life-size chess board on the entertainment patio. This is my favorite place to stay on the Central Coast.

We had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean, quiet and very spacious. Our room was a 2 bedroom and we had room for a rollaway bed. The hotel has exercise room, a game area for kids with badminton, ping pong, miniature golf, and a giant chess/checkers game on the deck. The complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices, breads, and pastries. Unfortunately, we didn't know what a great view the ocean front rooms had and we definately request one the next time. The are ocean front with a patio. The hotel is also pet friendly which is very nice.
