We found this place years ago when it was just a shack, they used to have a glass case and inside was a large pile of big balls of ground beef...after you ordered a burger they'd take the appropriate number of balls out and flatten them and throw them over live fire grill. Today it's all modernized and rebuilt and a bit overly commercial, but the burgers basically stand up and are still pretty great. The basic burger we ordered was $4.75 in January 2012 with bacon and cheddar adding 75 cents each. The $6.25 end result was messy and good enough to beat many more expensive burgers.
