For the price I was expecting more. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was great. Room was quiet and comfortable. But for a hotel that tries to pass off as luxurious it misses the mark. Refrigerator in room didn't work. Reported it upon checking into room. 3 days later still not working. No manager on duty - won't be back til Monday on a holiday weekend?? Beware skunky beer! Turn down service was poor - why bother if all you're gonna do is replace towels. Again - hotel was fine but not what I expected for the price. The Hampton Inn across the parking lot would have been a better value

We stayed at the La Bellasera for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The staff were great! Highly recommended! We booked a room with jacuzzi tube and fire place and it was well worth it. Very nice size room for the price. The hotel is literally less than 5 mins away from beautiful wineries and 30 mins from the ocean. If there's any tiny complaint it would be the views from the windows on the side we were on (west side ). It was facing the hotel across the parking lot. I'd recommend requesting a room on the east side of the building.

After a long day of driving, we arrived to find this hotel in a convenient location. Check in was easy and we got our room on the fourth floor promptly. Our room did not have a balcony, but I could see from the parking lot that there were a few rooms with one. The room had a Keurig coffee pot, large bathroom and the most comfy bed ever! We stayed in great places our whole ten day trip from LA to San Francisco. Though all the beds were very comfy, this hotel had the best! We spent two nights here as our home base for Paso wine tasting. The first night we did eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. Location is very convenient to local wineries and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, with spacious rooms. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also good. They have wine tasting in the hotel lobby on Friday and Saturday nights a very nice touch. There is also a shuttle to downtown on Friday and Saturday nights for $5.00 each way per person a nice touch after wine tasting all day.

Room Tip: All the rooms are spacious suites. Would ask for an upper floor.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway, so a trip into downtown Paso Robles takes only 5 minutes. The lobby is lovely and spacious, and the hotel hosted a wine tasting each evening we stayed from a local winery, which was a lovely (free) touch. We booked a one room suite, and it was comfortable and quiet. The jacuzzi tub was awkward and uncomfortable, and took forever to fill as it can fit three adults. There was a computer in the room and the wireless is free, so that was a great perk. Bed linens and pillows were very nice, and the bed itself was comfortable. The restaurant has very poor service, but the food was good. The worst thing was the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, and the water never got hot. Not sure if it was some kind of "eco" thing, but it was terrible. The front desk offered us a $20 credit toward the restaurant, but we'd already eaten there, so they gave us a credit toward our mini bar useage, which I thought was nice.

I think this is one of the nicer places to stay in Paso Robles. Be aware that you are not directly in town, but will have to take a short drive to get there. The hotel does have a convenient shuttle service several times in the evening for dinners, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Ask to be on a higher floor, away from the bar, which can be very noisy at night.

We stayed here for an overnight stay from Palm Springs to Monterrey since we wanted to break up the drive. This hotel ticked all the boxes we expected. Clean, Courteous staff, ample room size. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was ok as well. Not sure we would have wanted to stay longer than 1 night though since it overlooks the freeway and feels a bit sterile.

The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is to die for. The living area is very nice and far enough away from the sleeping area that is someone woke up would not disturb the other people. The restaurant is very good and the pool area is great for lovers and kids.
