We were visiting Paso Robles and decided to try Roberts. I was looking forward to their Beef Stroganoff short ribs. The short ribs were amazing, but the pasta that they serve with it, just didn't do justice to the richness of the meat. My husband had the special of the night which was I believe a Sea bass and roasted vegetables with au gratin potatoes. His meal was very good. The best part of the meal was a slice of carrot cake that the chef was playing with the recipe for. It was amazing,light and flavorful, topped with candied carrot slices.
