“Can't Stay Away!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Just got back from my fourth trip in one year, three times with friends and one alone. This is about as perfect as a B & B could be and we're already planning another trip in the Spring. If you're planning a trip to Italy, save your money and go here instead - save the plane fare and they speak your language....Every time I go we meet the greatest people and the owners (and Hollly Dog) are the best. Go now!

Room Tip: There is not a bad room in the house. Chile is my personal favorite but Italy and Paso have spa tubs...

Belvino Viaggio has it all. The innkeepers Lois and Mark are the nicest people you could hope to encounter. They even have a snuggly dog named Holly who they will allow out if you like dogs.Lois makes the most amazing breakfast, especially her take on eggs benedict. She is a gourmet for sure. You will have the pleasure of wine and cheese at Happy Hour and if you have a big lunch that is all you will need.
All the rooms have views of the Tuscan looking hills and vineyards below. They have 7 lovely rooms all named after wine regions.I have stayed in 3 of them so far and I expect to stay in all of them eventually. The largest rooms with bathtubs and fireplaces at the foot of the tub are the most desirable. These rooms are called Paso Robles and Italy.
We have met some lovely people while staying there. This past vist there were 2 girls from Germany (Christina and Helena )and they were such a delight to have Happy Hour with.
This is my favorite place currently! Week days are preferred as the rates are lower.

Room Tip: Alla the rooms have the same view. I stayed in South Africa last visit and loved the decor. My frien...

We stayed at this lovely B&B in late September for 2 nights and enjoyed it immensely. This was our second visit to Belvino and we look forward to going back again on our next visit to the California wineries. Breakfast was perfect and was served on the terrace. I appreciated the fact that it was a served breakfast rather than buffet, which meant the food was freshly prepared. After a day of sightseeing and wineries, it was a pleasure to return to the villa and relax in our gorgeous room. It was just like visiting Tuscany!!

This is the third bed and breakfast we have visited in Paso Robles and it is the best by far. Lois and Mark are fabulous hosts who have overlooked nothing. The breakfasts are delicious and the views unbelievable. I could go on and on about the great things about this property but the other reviews have pretty much said it all. One "warning"-- there is a very well-behaved dog on property. We are dog people, so this was a plus for us but it might not be for everyone. "Holly" walked with us in the mornings and sat around the firepit on the deck with us at night, but that was at our request. Mark and Lois were very aware of Holly's whereabouts at all times and would have taken her elsewhere had we not been insistent. If you're going to Paso Robles, you owe it to yourself to stay at Belvino Viaggio. I guarantee it will be an awesome experience.

Our visit in September 2012 was our third visit to the villa. This is a little piece of heaven. The views are magnificent; Lois is a great host and the rooms are done
with the utmost taste and thought. Our stay at the villa is one of the most peaceful and relaxing mini-vacations we have ever had. We have brought relatives from Maryland to the villa for a stay and they were quite impressed. We have seen wild turkeys, quail and deer from the mountain top while enjoying a spectacular view of the vineyards below. Sunsets off the back patio are not to be missed. We will be back to enjoy another get away.

What do you get when you put together a magnificent view, a new inn with luxury amenities, gracious hosts, a friendly dog, delicious food, and prime location for visiting wineries? Yes, Belvino Viaggio! My husband and I made an all too short one night stop here on our way up the coast and were so glad we did. It's hard to imagine a more ideal spot in the Paso Robles area or better hosts. We so enjoyed sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking the vineyards and fields below (I really felt like I was back in Italy) and sharing wine and appetizers with our hosts and the other guests. In the morning we had our delicious breakfast on the same patio. In addition to this idyllic setting we enjoyed a lovely room with a private small patio, again with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and the room immaculate. Lois has done a wonderful job of making sure each room is beautifully decorated and accessorized, with the views maximized. And the drive into town where we ate a delicious dinner at Thomas Hill Organics was about 6 minutes. If we are ever in the area again we will surely return for a longer stay.

We spent two nights here and it was beautiful, amazing views and the hospitality was wonderful. Lois and her husband are very welcoming. Rooms were beautifully done, comfortable. Great breakfast and wine and cheese on the terrace in the evening. Also, great location for visiting nearby wineries.
