We were surprised by the quality of the product here given the low price and the un-orthodox method of preparation--it's an assembly line, actually like a cafeteria. Pies are start at 5 and go to 7 bucks for the works, and I have to say, their basic tomato and cheese pizza is really tasty. You can build your own which many fussy diners will appreciate. They have some sides though we only tried the little salad which was not nearly as exciting as the pizza, plus they have a limited selection of wine and beer.
The ownership has done the homework on how the elements come together to make the right thin crust pizza and I can tell you, they are sourcing the ingredients from the same vendors that supply the pricey joints in West Hollywood. Families should give it a try...the children seemed extremely content here.
