I had been to this motel a couple days back and i loved it! The staff was extremely friendly and the location was great. Rooms have everything you need and the price was well worth the money. Whenever I'm back to this town I would stay again. i recommend this motel to anyone! Loved it!

The pictures are the bad opposite of how it actually looks. It is really run down and it has alot of homeless traffic going through. We made last minute reservations here because it was cheap, looked clean and most motels were already booked. It says you get free Internet but you don't, not a big deal. The problem is when they supposably clean the rooms they don't put extra towels or toilet paper and when my husband went to the office to get extras he had to argue with the man behind the glass to get them. When my husband went to return the keys on check out the lady owner said she was going to charge our credit card an extra $170 for using extra towels and toilet paper. The gentleman that checked out before my husband she charged his card an extra $400 because she said he had too many people in his room. This is a privately owned motel so they don't have to answer to anyone and they don't care about customer service. Don't stay at this motel your better off sleeping in your car.

I stumbled upon this motel, stayed for a night, continued my travels and returned to it again upon coming back to L.A. The owners told me the motel was recently remodeled and had just re-opened, they sure did a nice job.

The rooms are basic like you would expect from any motel, but are very clean, have a nice decor, flat-screenTV, a table and one or two chairs, are spacious enough for at least my needs, most have a microwave and a refrigerator, the bathrooms have either a tub or an amazing, huge shower, all come with bathroom products, some with hairdryers too. Parking right in front of the motel is free. There's WiFi in all rooms and it works well in most, in the ones at the back of the hotel it was a bit slow sometimes, but still okay enough.

The motel has a small pool (that I however did not use). I do not know if they offer breakfast (as I never eat breakfast).

The lady who owns the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful, remembered me when I came back and even gave me a discount.

The location is central in Pasadena, and it takes you about 30-40 mins by car to LAX as well as Santa Monica or Hollywood. For L.A. standards, that is pretty reasonable.

I paid 73$ incl tax per night, which I tought was really good value for this motel. I've stayed in less agreeable motels in the L.A. area for 2.5 times that much. I will definitely recommend this place - and return to it should I be in L.A. again some time.
