This is a place to stay if you cannot afford other accomodations, it is close to a bus stop which will get you where you want to go, McDonalds and a Fish Market resteraunt is close for coffee, breakfast, and great food. If you plan to sleep, bring ear plugs, and eye mask, the beds are hard and old, i have not seen mattresses like this since 1970, but I guess they still make them somewhere - you get what you pay for, Bring your own maps - the hotel does not provide maps nor do the staff know the area to be able to give advice on how to get where you need to go,

During our trip through the USA we wantend to stay in this travellogde, but the rudeness of the staff made us leave that place as quick as possible. we had to wait while the reception guy was calling with his girlfriend. afther this he asked us what we wanted... We had a discount coupon for this motel but the reception refused to take it and wantend to charge us double. the motel was almost empty and they had plenty of rooms. I told him not to give coupons if he didn't want to collect them anyway. he told us to leaf... very friendly place don't you think...

I have stayed at this place four times we are a group of construction guys we were doing some construction work in palo alto. We usually check in on Monday and leave Thursday or Friday in the morning we line up at the door before the breakfast starts. The staffs alway make sure they have the breakfast ready before we show up at the door. Great breakfast good enough for big guys like us. Staff were awesome good place to stay, for us is a second home away from home, if you need a second home Travelodge is a place.

We were having our house redone and needed a place for the in-laws when they were visiting for a week. This place was close to our home, conveniently located and had very good rates. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Not much more that one can ask for in Palo Alto.
