“Great Little Art Museum - and Its Free”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2013

This is a great little art museum with lots of interesting pieces. There is a range of different types of collections, as well as usually a guest exhibition as well. Outside there are several nice Rodin pieces in the garden area. The gift store here is very nice - I have purchased several items here to give as gifts to people. And there is the nice Cantor Cafe which is associated to the art musuem - nice place to go, albeit prices are a bit high. The outdoor patio area makes it a nice place to go for a special occasion when the sun is out.

“Surprisingly good food options at the museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

Really nice place to end up after a *free* museum trip. Great outdoor seating, fresh, organic food options. I believe even the hotdogs are Nieman ranch - nice to have such an option for the kiddos.

“Small yet interesting exhibits, and it's FREE!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

We've seen such a range of compelling exhibits over the years. There's a nice modern art collection, also. The Rodin Gates of Hell are outdoors. well lit in the afternoon light. Visits to the gift shop and the outdoor cafe complete your experience.

“Rodin, Rodin, Rodin!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

Located on the Stanford Campus, this is one museum you won't want to miss. I particularly enjoyed the Rodin sculpture garden and gallery. Later it was fun to check out the book and gift shop. Admittance was free which surprised me. Truly a lovely art museum.

“Wonderful local day excursion -- with the kids or without”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

There is a surprisingly large collection of beautiful art. If you live relatively close to Stanford, it is a great way to spend half a day doing something fun and educational, with the kids or without.
