“Did not stay because of the arrogant hostess.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013 via mobile

We would have loved to have tried the food. However, when we were finally greeted by a very arrogant and rude hostess we turned and immediately left.

It is unfortunate to have what appears to be a wonderful place be impacted. We will not be recommending this place to our friends back home in Eugene who visit here.

“Laid-back Latin drinks and tapas and no way to choose”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013 via mobile

Order it all. Go vegetarian, or add steaks/ fish/ organic chicken. I started w butternut squash croquetas, Peruvian humus (pumpkin seed instead of beans) and yucca fries. Amazing! I ordered a Desert Heat cocktail: reposada tequila, pineapple, grapefruit, lime and jalapeño. I have found an amazing restaurant!!

“Good place for a drink”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

One of the few places left in downtown Palo Alto where you can get a drink without having 6 TV screens blaring sports and/or CNN in the background. The food is just so-so, the drinks, service and atmosphere are very good. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

“My new favorite place for small plates”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Downtown Palo Alto - Great location and stylish, low-key atmosphere. The food is fantastic - tapas style and OH SO TASTY. I loved the brussels sprouts and calamari - I'm going back just for those two dishes. Plus they have a wide selection of scotch and make a pretty great drink. Enjoy!
