I had a wonderful time staying at Casitas Laquita, between the beautiful grounds, cozy atmosphere and absolutely delightful hospitality; I can't wait to visit again!

A wonderful women-only destination. The casitas are so warm and cozy. Ours looked out to the pool which was kept at a delightful temperature; it was difficult to go anywhere and do anything but be at the poolside with a book or in the pool floating around on a mattress or noodle! So quiet and relaxing and such lovely people running the place. We'll definitely visit again.

We celebrated my partner's 50th birthday at this lovely oasis in the desert, and our expectations were greatly exceeded. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with a full kitchen and beautiful southwest decor. This was our first time staying at a women's resort, and we really enjoyed relaxing and being ourselves, and also having the opportunity to socialize with interesting women from around the country (and Canada). Our hostesses were extremeley accommodating, and the freshly baked chocolate chip/bananna loaf will not be forgotten anytime soon. We loved Palm Springs and found it to be very gay friendly, in a subtle kind of way. Great hiking and gorgeous views, thanks to a building height restriction that allows you to see the mountains no matter where you wander. There are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance (El Mirasol and Davey's), and others a short drive away (Copley's, Blue Coyote, Azul, etc.). Can't wait to go back to Palm Springs, and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else but Casitas Laquita. So glad we chose this lovely inn over the larger hotels and resorts in the area.

Came over the holidays to celebrate New Year's Eve. The service at the hotel was fabulous including an open house with cocktails and tapas on New Year's Eve. Dinner arrangements were made and a great time was had by all. This hotel goes way beyond to make sure guests are happy. The setting and the service can't be beat.

We come here at least 2 to 3 times a year, during all seasons, for the past 6 years. Don't know what else we can add to the other truthful reviews already written. Denise and Joanna have created a wonderful site of peace, tranquility, commraderie, and freedom. Freedom to relax, socialize, be romantic, and have fun. The rooms are warm and welcoming. The scenery is beautiful and serene. The fresh baked loaves are tantalizing. The coffee is always fresh, and a new decanter of cream magically appears in the fridge every morning. Should you ever need anything, Doreen and Alexandra are quick to provide. The surrounding area provides many outdoor and indoor activities. Wonderful dining is always gay friendly. We have stayed in many of the rooms, but we consider each to be our home away from home.

What a wonderful, relaxing place to unwind. We felt welcomed instantly and the other guests form an instant community by the pool. Bring you favorite drinks to share and get ready to relax in the sun! As the other reviewers have mentioned this is definitely a place you will want to return to again and again.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Each time I am reminded of what a special place this is. The owners, Denise and Joanna, are wonderful and welcoming. They make sure everyone has a good time and that they have all they need for a great stay. We are spoiled by how easy it is to come here and enjoy the best of Palm Springs.
As always, we hate to leave, but quickly plan the next date to come back!
