“Most friendly staff and best location to enjoy Palm Springs.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2009

For several years our family have been staying as the Las Brisas and wouldn't consider any where else. I have friends that want us to use their condos in other locations but we wouldn't think of it. Convenient to all the nightlife and best restaurants of the area. The most friendly staff and spa and poolside is to die for and not too big. Hats off to the entire experience and I hope to return to the area as soon as possible.

My husband and I stayed for 7 days. The Reception staff were all great, (cheers John) very helpful and always cheerful despite working very hard. The king sized room was good and well cleaned and cared for. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were kept very clean and at decent temperatures and the whole pool area is very attractive. The breakfast was good especially as it was included in the very reasonable price. No need to bring your laptop unless you are on business, the computer in reception is high speed and has a printer (with paper) attached so you can check in for your flight or read your emails. There is a small menu for lunch but if you are willing to cross the road there is a wonderful restaurant opposite that provides very reasonable take away meals, there is also a Deli around the corner if you prefer an extremely large sandwich. The shops downtown are two minutes walk away accross the road and 1 very short block. The famous Palm Springs Follies play at the theatre just 5 minutes away and there is car hire a 7 or 8 minute walk away on the same road. All in all this is an excellent place to use as a base for your holiday and at a reasonable price.

The hotel is located in downtown Palm Springs, close to restaurants, shops etc.

Very helpful staff. The breakfast is ok. Nice, clean rooms. There's a computer with internet access available at the reception - free of charge.

quiet and conveniently located, it looked mostly as a hotel for families and couples.
however, me and my friends also were very comfortable staying there.

the price was pretty reasonable for that double double we've got. and it included breakfast too
room was cleaned and well maintained. the only disadvantage was that they need more powerful fans in the bathroom...

We stayed at the Las Brisas for 2 nights in October 09 and that definately wasn't long enough. The hotel looked good from their web-site but in the 'flesh' it was even better than expected. The room was lovely very large and decorated tastefully, the pool and gardens very pretty , happy hour was a bonus all drinks $4.. Breakfast was good and more than enough with the main choice of Omelette or Waffles, and the staff were extremely helpful.
The location was excellent and a very big surprise right in the heart of everything just a short walk to the restuarants and shops and despite being near everything the hotel was very quite.
If we return to Palm Springs we will definately stay at Las Brisas.

After reading all the reviews for the Hotel Las Brisas we decided to book with them for my 55th birthday vacation stay. We were very pleased, the place was immaculate!!! And the great staff was wonderful --from the front desk--John , Linda, Nicole, Shawn, Amanda and all staff that cleaned the rooms and kept the place looking beautiful--There were serene fountains everywhere and the beautiful foilage surrounding them. No bugs and the pool was wonderful as wll as the hotub. Wonderful beds and pillows--fresh linen and fresh towels for the pool when you wanted them. I would recommend this to anyone traveling alone or with someone else-Close to shopping -You can walk!!!
The breakfeast was great ! it comes with the room price--Fresh omlets, belgian waffels,
oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit and you can sit outside and eat if you want.
There was plenty to do and you could sit by the pool and relax when you wanted to and just enjoy the hotel and look at the mountains. This place gets and A++++ in our book and we will be going back!!!!!!!!

We stayed here for one night only, we booked based on the review on this site. Very glad we did, the room was very nicely decorated and comfortable, pool area very good to relax in. Located in town but the hotel was quiet, no traffic noise. An easy walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included which was very nice. If we visit Palm Springs again we would most definately stay here.
