Me and my friends went for a bachelorette party and the maid of honor booked this hotel, It definitely has a theme to the hotel which is as I called it "old but new". The staff at the front desk was courteous, and helpful, however the beds had a comforter that was more like a sheet of canvas. I thought the price for the rooms was ridiculous and as someone who works in the hospitality industry I noticed things in the room that others would not normally notice. There were the pillows that bordered the bed and I know their not washed often, I did come home with a r3ed blotchy rash all over my neck from the linens. Also we had even more issues after check out, they wanted to charge us $100 for a burn on the bed, which from the picture the hotel sent us was clearly not a burn in the bed, and once again as someone who is familiar with these types of situations I really found that odd seeings how the linens aren't even worth $20. The pool was not as big as pictures made it out to be and it was not clean at all. If your looking for a relaxing time in Palm Springs I would definitely recommend you stay somewhere else.
