This place is aging but pretty well taken care of. We arrived late and the night desk person was very helpful and friendly. There are some quirks but it was expected. Bathroom had recently been redone because tere was granite everywhere. Street parking in the back and on the sides and the side one is DARK!
I like how they put towels on all of the loungers at the pool every morning. That's old school right there. Nice touch! There are also candle style lanters (with electric candles) lining the walkways and property is well taken care of.
The biggest issue we had was no child latch/chain for the door. Kids can open it. This needs to be fixed lickety split.
The other issue we had was with the luggage carts...noisy!!! A $3 bottle of WD-40 would have that squared away. Also, instead of the rubber bumpers on t carts to protect the walls, they had the golden aluminum pieces that you see as the transition on your carpet for your closets. Held on with big screws. Seriously? A+ for ingenuity and mad skills on jury rigging but that is one thing that you need to spend the money on. I wonder how many bags have been screwed up because of it.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
